FREIGHT, TERMS & RETURN POLICIES



1. Freight & Terms Policy

a. All shipments are sent freight prepaid with freight charges added to your invoice unless otherwise specified at the time of order.
b. We accept AgriCard, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal & Cash plus bank and wire transfers. Additionally we are set up for online payment.
c. It is the responsibility of the Customer to handle claims for products damaged in shipping.
d. All Special Order (non-stocking parts) including used parts sourced through our online locator must be paid up front in full, applicable freight charges will be added when they become available to Westlock Tractor.
e. Credits must be used within six months of being issued.

Core Return Policy

a. All cores MUST be in their original boxes and clearly marked “CORE”.
b. All cores MUST be assembled and complete in an “as removed” condition.
c. Any core returned disassembled or missing pieces will receive up to half the credit value on Westlock Tractor's discretion.
d. We reserve the right to return any disassembled or otherwise ineligible cores to the customer freight collect.
e. Cores being held for pick up by a Westlock Tractor Parts Representative will not have a credit issued until they have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
f. All core returns must be sent prepaid courier or freight truck if they cannot be returned in person. In some cases other arrangements can be made.

Parts Return Policy

a. All Special Order (non-stocking) parts including used parts sourced through our online locator are non-returnable.
b. All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
c. All Customers MUST receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before any parts may be returned. Please call one of our Counter staff with your Invoice number to make arrangements. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
d. All parts returned without an RA# will automatically be charged a 15% fee above our standard restocking fee.
e. All parts returned MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice the goods were purchased on.
f. All parts returned MUST be in new or re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged the parts will be subject to a re-boxing fee.
g. All parts returned MUST be sent prepaid courier or freight truck if they cannot be returned in person. In some cases other arrangements can be made.
h. All parts returned after one year with out a prior RA# attached to them will be refunded half of the original purchase price.

Warranty Policy

a. New Parts and Remanufactured parts will be warranted against defective workmanship or material for 1 Year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer’s published policy.
b. Used Parts will be warranted against premature failure based upon inspection by Westlock Tractor Parts.

Westlock Tractor Parts Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of the product. Warranty does not cover installation labour, diagnostics, fluids, transportation or other parts that may have incurred damage.
